This year's GlobalShop, sponsored by A.R.E., was a huge success and we want to thank all of those that participated. GlobalShop is the world’s largest annual event for retail design and
shopper marketing and is the only show in the world where you can find
the largest, most comprehensive array of store fixture companies and
more in-store solutions than any live event in the nation.
If you supply or service the retail industry, next year's GlobalShop in Las Vegas is where you need to be! It is quite simply the largest annual gathering of retailers and brands converging in one place to find suppliers for new projects and expansions. You can shop over 10,000 products and visit more than 600 suppliers. This year there were over 330 A.R.E. member exhibitors!

Showcase for Retail Design Collective
A taste of New York was brought to the Windy City where samples of the New York showrooms were on display. A lovely afternoon cocktail hour was a great success where many attendees gathered to delight in a glimpse of what this year's showrooms will offer. A.R.E. Design Awards
Over 500 retailers, designers and suppliers from all over the world rock'd it out at this year's A.R.E. Design Awards at the Hard Rock Cafe in downtown Chicago. LinkUp
Are you in the Retail Environments Network on LinkedIn? If so, you were invited to hang with the cool kids at A.R.E.'s first LinkUp. There was quite a crowd so it was a perfect after hours time for handshaking and real life get-to-know you chats with LinkedIn peers. We're going to try it again at the next big event so stay tuned.
PAVE the Way 3D Challenge Prototypes
One of the show floor exhibits was like no other. That's because it was a display of 12 designs of functional headphone fixtures that students designed.
