Our council of leading retailers helps guide A.R.E.’s retail-focused programs: the annual A.R.E. Design Awards; the buyers guide; the online database of retail environments suppliers; the association’s programming at retail events such as GlobalShop, Shoptalks, and the Retail Design Collective; A.R.E.'s web site; and any future retail-oriented services and campaigns directed at retail store planners, visual merchandisers, and buyers.
From its humble beginnings of six charter members in 2000, the council has grown to some 40 retailers, listed below with Executive Committee members in bold.
