PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE
Sunday, May 13
Plan to arrive in Shanghai, China, on Sunday so that everybody is ready for a week packed with business! We will meet at the Shanghai Central Hotel at Jiujiang Road near the famous Nanjing Pedestrian street.

Monday, May 14

Visit the Trolley Company; Changshu Kailiou Trade sets Marking Co. Produces shopping trolleys (shopping carts).

Company visit in Suzhou. A large production company that specialises in designs and produces store fixtures and shop-fitting equipment for department stores and retails shops.

Company visit – production company with various products from wood hangers to mannequins.
19:00
Peking Duck – we will have dinner at a traditional Chinese restaurant and taste the famous Peking duck
After dinner
Bar XinTiandi – bar in the Western part of Shanghai, popular with the city’s expatriates. Individual transport back to the hotel by taxi.

Maersk Logistics, Shanghai. General Manager in Shanghai, Anne Charlotte Lembye, will discuss logistics in the shipping process, perspectives on how capabilities are changing, and how this will influence the future of container freight. Followed by a tour of the container harbour and a visit to one of the Maersk warehouses.

Friday is allocated individual business. Chinese interpreters are available to assist you at your meetings. Please book in advance – it is included in registration but the time and capacity is not unlimited.
