The exhibit opportunity for associate members at NASFM Convention has been enhanced. This year, a 90-minute reception prior to the Member Networking Dinner will be sponsored by NASFM associate members. The display area will be open to all convention attendees during the Associate Member Exhibits Reception on Nov. 5, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. This new format provides several advantages:

• The refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will entice convention attendees to mingle in the display area.

• Limiting the display tables to one time during the convention will encourage attendees to peruse the entire area.

• The elimination of conflicting activities will give exhibiting companies attendees’ undivided attention.

• The 90-minute reception will allow for meaningful interaction.

Reservations required. To reserve a display table, your company must be a NASFM associate member or a NASFM member with an associate membership upgrade; you must be registered to attend Convention; and you must submit a $250 display table fee with your reservation.

Participants will be provided a 6-ft. draped table. All displays must be used on the provided table. Displays must be set between 8 a.m. and noon or 4:30 and 5:45 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 5. Security will be provided from noon to 5:30 p.m.; however, we recommend that you keep valuables with you or hidden whenever your table is not staffed. All display materials must be removed following the end of the Networking Dinner at 9:30, on Nov. 5. Electricity will not be provided unless ordered in advance through the resort’s inhouse audiovisual company. This audiovisual form, together with shipping information, will be provided with your display table confirmation packet.

Confirmations will be mailed by Oct. 3; if you have not received yours by Oct. 10, please contact NASFM to make sure your reservation was received. You will not be able to set up a display table without an advance reservation.
