ASSOCIATE MEMBER DISPLAY TABLES

The Convention offers a prime networking and exhibit opportunity for A.R.E. associate members during a 90−minute reception. To reserve a display table, complete the Display Table Reservation Form available on this page and submit it to Yajayra Saunders by:

The display area will be open to all convention attendees during the Associate Member Exhibits Reception, Thursday, Nov. 13, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

Reservations are required. To reserve a display table, your company must be an A.R.E. member or an A.R.E. member with an associate membership upgrade and you must be registered for the convention. The $350 display table fee must be submitted with your reservation.
Display Table Details

Participants will be provided a 6−ft. skirted table. All displays must be used on the provided table. Display set−up is between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13. All display tables must be removed following the end of the Networking Dinner at 9:30 p.m. Electricity will not be provided unless ordered in advance through the Phoenician’s in−house audiovisual company. The audiovisual form, together with the shipping information, will be provided with your display table confirmation packet.
