He and his team work with more than 80 retail pilot projects to gather feedback on drafts for the two rating systems. As part of the new USGBC market development team, Doak also works with retailers in the organization’s Portfolio Program, a volume certification program for chain retailers.

She also plays a key role in the product eco−profile and supply chain sustainability management of Animavi, a sustainable product design and manufacturing firm. A practicing interior design professional for 14 years, she has infused sustainable principles and strategies into retail design, including more than 200 Harley−Davidson retail dealership facilities.
