The Convention offers a prime networking and exhibit opportunity for A.R.E. associate members during a 90–minute reception. To reserve a display table, complete the Registration Form available on this page and submit it to Yajayra Wojtas by:

Hollywood, FL 33021 The display area will be open to all convention attendees during the Associate Member Exhibits Reception, Friday, Nov. 13, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
Reservations are required. To reserve a display table, your company must be an A.R.E. associate member or an A.R.E. member with an associate membership upgrade and you must be registered for the convention. The $299 display table fee must be submitted with your reservation.
Participants will be provided a 6–ft. skirted table. All displays must be used on the provided table. Display set–up is between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 13. All display tables must be removed following the end of the Networking Dinner at 9:00 p.m. Electricity will not be provided unless ordered in advance through the The Breakers in–house audiovisual company. The audiovisual form, together with the shipping information, will be provided with your display table confirmation packet.
