| Gerry Raubach has 32 years of experience in all phases of manufacturing. He has held positions of responsibility over engineering, drafting, materials planning, purchasing, production control, quality assurance and manufacturing and was vice president of operations for a multi-plant manufacturing company before founding Industrial Solutions in 1997. He has been directly involved in successfully implementing Lean Manufacturing, “just-in-time” production, pull systems, ISO-9000 certification and self-directed work teams in a variety of manufacturing operations. |

| Mandyam M. Srinivasan (“Srini”) graduated from Northwestern University with a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences. He has published extensively in the following journals: Management Science, Queuing Systems, Operations Research, Interfaces, Journal of Manufacturing Systems, and is the author of Streamlined: 14 Principles for Building & Managing the Lean Supply Chain. He has earned Outstanding Teacher Award at the University of Tennessee, twice at the MBA level. He consults with companies including IBM, Allied-'Honeywell, Boeing, Carlisle Group, United Airlines, and others. |

| Lisa Russell, LEED AP manager, Sustainability, A.R.E. |
| With sustainability experience in interior and product design, materials specification, manufacturing processes, transportation, and end-of-life management issues, Lisa Russell is A.R.E.’s new manager of sustainability. She also plays a key role in the product eco’profile and supply chain sustainability management of Animavi, a sustainable product design and manufacturing firm. A practicing interior design professional for 14 years, she has infused sustainable principles and strategies into retail design, including more than 200 Harley-Davidson retail dealership facilities. Russell is a USGBC LEED for Retail Core Committee member and part of the USGBC Education Provider Program. |
