| NADI Announces “The NADI Show” in December 2007 |
Hollywood, Fla. (February 8, 2007)—The National Association of Display Industries (NADI) announced today that the New York market that is scheduled for December 5–7, 2007, will now be called "The NADI Show" (formerly StoreXpo). Plans are underway to return "The NADI Show" to a showroom focus and create more space for new showroom presentations in existing NADI member buildings in New York. NADI was established over 65 years ago and managed this show for many years.
Says NADI President Bob Rosean, "This is a great moment for NADI. Our members have expressed a desire to build on the rich history of this event and bring in exciting new additions such as gallery and retail tours, block parties, Shoptalk sessions, and easier logistics." Richard Stolls, who serves as treasurer both of NADI and of PAVE, the Planning and Visual Education Partnership, says, “This is wonderful news both for NADI and for PAVE, which holds its growing Gala Fundraiser each year during the New York event.” NADI is the visual merchandising division of NASFM. PAVE is administered by NASFM.
