Seminar For Senior Store Fixture Executives

Fixture Manufacturers (NASFM) will hold its second CEO Seminar
June 23-25, 2002, in Lake Geneva, Wis. Participants include
fixture manufacturing company owners, presidents, CEOs, and
other upper-level managers.
The CEO Seminar
will address the diverse and demanding responsibilities of senior
executives.

to be discussed include:
The state of the economy and industry profitability,
incorporating an exclusive sneak peek at NASFM's 2002 Profit
Report results
A panel discussion on margin compression, addressing
the factors driving margin compression and how to deal with
margin compression
International strategy, with topics on sourcing, exporting,
and NAFTA
Training and motivating employees to grow from managers
into leaders
The differences between marketing and sales in a custom
job shop environment
Insurance, including cost management, options, cost
reduction, and self-insurance as compared to external group
insurance
NASFM is an international, not-for-profit association
representing the store fixture manufacturing industry since
1956. The association's membership includes more than 450
regular member companies operating over 800 plants employing
more than 75,000 people worldwide; an additional 200 industry
suppliers are associate members. NASFM members manufacture
an estimated 85% of all store fixtures produced in North America.
The typical NASFM member employs 85 people, and generates
revenues in excess of $10 million per year.
