In this position, Farro supports KYDEX’s international direct sales and distribution locations by identifying and targeting new customers, developing specifications, generating proposals, and guiding business opportunities through the sales process.

Farro has almost two decades of experience in direct client contact as well as a strong technical background in chemical, plastics, aerospace, and defense manufacturing. His previous positions include applications engineer for Rohm and Haas and business development executive at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). His diverse engineering expertise spans areas including aircraft advanced materials research and testing, coating process and application, and product development.

Farro has a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University, with a specialization in finance. As international sales application engineer, he is based at KYDEX headquarters in Bloomsburg, Pa.
