Moss Inc. Acquired by Century Capital Partners July 25, 2008 —
Visual communication firm
Moss Inc. has been acquired by Century Park Capital Partners in Los Angeles. The company is headquartered in Lincolnwood, Ill. and has locations in Belfast, Maine, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas. Moss was previously owned by The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm co-headquartered in New York and Cleveland.
Though terms of the transaction were not disclosed, it was announced that the senior debt financing was provided by Madison Capital Funding and GE Antares Capital. National City Equity Partners and GMB Mezzanine Capital, L.P., provided the mezzanine financing. The investment by Century Park was made from its latest fund, Century Park Capital Partners II, L.P. Edgeview Partners, a Charlotte-based investment bank focused on serving middle market companies.
Moss has been the provider of choice for in the exhibit, event, and retail industries since pioneering the tensioned fabric concept more than 30 years ago.
