Environments, a 40-year-old Twin Cities company, specializes in custom fixtures, casework, furniture, and millwork for retail and business spaces. The company is best known for providing premium wood fixtures to specialty retailers and fine dining restaurants.

“This acquisition enhances Stylmark’s strategy of expanding into other retail markets, such as food and hospitality, as well as commercial and institutional interiors,” said SW Products' CEO Ken Ritterspach. "Environments has already established the first of multiple planned partnerships to expand its distribution network in architectural millwork and other new commercial markets."

Environments will continue to trade under the Environments brand, and will maintain operations at its current facility in Minnetonka, Minn.
