The client list for his presentation and management consulting firm includes Sprint, Learjet, Sikorsky Aircraft, American Cyanamid, Marriott Hotels, NFL Properties, John Deere, Farmland Industries, Meredith Corporation, and Anheuser-Busch. He has taught negotiating at Stanford University, Texas A&M University, the University of Kansas, and Humber College.
Darrel Chaney

In the merchandising service business since 2002, Darrel Chaney is an owner of Prime Retail Services, a store remodel, reset, conversion, remerchandising, and installation company. He received numerous professional awards during a 28−year stint in real estate and relocation sales and played in three World Series during 14 seasons as a professional baseball player for the Cincinnati Reds, Atlanta Braves, and others. An Army veteran, Chaney serves on the board of Habitat For Humanity.

Rich Eidman founded Seymour & Associates in 1990. His focus is recruitment of sales and manufacturing talent in the store fixture, P-O-P, and retail industries. His firm has placed executives and mid-level managers in L.A. Darling, Fleetwood Fixtures, CSC Worldwide, Reeve Store Equipment, Pan-Oston, Monarch Industries, Kohl’s, and Starbuck’s. Eidman began his recruiting career in 1985 with Search West, the then-largest contingent search firm on the West Coast, and was runner-up for the Rookie of the Year award in 1986.

Donald Depke represents the second generation in Midwest, a manufacturer of store fixtures, counters, shelving, food and beverage fixtures, casework, and back islands. He joined the company in 1982. Depke currently serves on A.R.E.’s board of directors as well as several A.R.E. committees, including the Project Management Seminar Committee.
Mike Rotolo

Michael Rotolo has over 30 years of experience in the P−O−P and tradeshow/exhibit industry and has been with E−B Display since 1998. His professional experience includes operations management, project management, production, supervision, engineering, and teaching. Active with A.R.E. since 1999, he currently chairs the Project Management Seminar Committee.

With sustainability experience in interior and product design, materials specification, manufacturing processes, transportation, and end−of−life management issues, Lisa Russell is A.R.E.’s new manager of sustainability. She also plays a key role in the product eco−profile and supply chain sustainability management of Animavi, a sustainable product design and manufacturing firm. A practicing interior design professional for 14 years, she has infused sustainable principles and strategies into retail design, including more than 200 Harley−Davidson retail dealership facilities. Russell is a USGBC LEED for Retail Core Committee member and part of the USGBC Education Provider Program.
