The A.R.E. Annual Convention offers a prime networking and exhibit opportunity for A.R.E. Associate Members during a 1-hour reception. To reserve a FREE display table, click here to complete the Registration Form. The display area will be open to all convention attendees during the Associate Member Exhibits Reception, Thursday, Nov. 11, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Reservations are required. To reserve a display table, your company must be an A.R.E. Associate Member and you must be registered for the convention.

Participants will be provided a 6-ft. skirted table. All displays and materials must be used on the provided table. Display setup is between 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 11. Electricity will no be provided unless ordered in advanced through the Westin’s in-house audiovisual company. The AV form, together with shipping information will be provided with your display table confirmation packet.
