WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 10

Early Arrivals Reception • 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. 
Enjoy refreshments and hors d’oeuvres while networking with industry leaders. 

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 11

A.R.E. Golf Tournament and Hole-in-One Contest • 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. 
Arrive early enough to make the 8:00 a.m. shotgun start at Pete Dye's Golf Course, The Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa.

First Timers Reception • 6:00 – 6:30 p.m.
First time convention attendees are invited to meet the A.R.E. board of directors and convention committee members.

A.R.E Associate Member Exhibits Reception (open to all) • 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Mingle with associate members over hors d’oeuvres while you discover the latest in products and services to enhance your business. You’ll learn about products such as materials, components, equipment, and services such as transportation and installation during this one hour reception.

Dinner & PAVE Event • 7:30 – 11 p.m.
Join fellow attendees for dinner followed by the PAVE Carnival, where you can try your luck at carnival-style midway games and casino tables. All proceeds for this third annual event go to the PAVE Foundation.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12

Spouse/Guest Breakfast • 9:00 – 10:30 a.m.
Meet with other guests for breakfast and plan your day. Information will be available for area events, tours, shopping and other activities.

Busses depart for Palm Springs Air Museum • 6:00 p.m.

Reception (USO Theme) • 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
This evening reception will be held at the Palm Springs Air Museum. The theme is "An Evening at the USO." Think swing dancing, military uniforms and polka dot dresses. Entertainers famous for USO shows were Bob Hope, Greta Garbo, Lucille Ball, Danny Kaye, Judy Garland, Bette Davis, Jean Harlow, or crooners like Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin just to name a few.

Dinner, Dancing and Entertainment (USO Theme) • 7:30 – 10:00 p.m.
At the annual networking dinner, reunite and get acquainted with members, spouses, and other A.R.E. members. Listen and dance to the swing sounds of the Dean Mora Swingtet and the Lindy Sisters.
