Our Mission

The mission of the A.R.E University is to provide employees of A.R.E. companies with educational opportunities for professional growth. In addition to the standard seminar format, A.R.E. University will use methods of delivery that
  • utilize technology
  • are based upon the principles of adult learning
  • provide face to face interaction with peers when practical, and
  • are flexible to accommodate people’s schedules
