CARB Compliance: Implications of the New California Formaldehyde Rule for Fabricators, Distributors, and Importers

As director of environmental affairs for the Composite Panel Association (CPA), a trade association representing North American composite panel manufacturers, Bradfield has represented the interests of panel suppliers and manufacturers that use composite panels during the development of CARB’s ATCM regulation. With 27 years of industry experience, Bradfield has been directing CPA’s enviromental issues since 1999. His background also includes directing the association’s certification programs.
